02
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and the details you choose to add, such as phone number, session type, preferred date, location, and your message. We also record whether you have agreed to these terms and whether you are happy to receive marketing emails.
03
How we use it
When you send an enquiry we email you a short confirmation, then use your details to reply, plan a session, and keep a record of the booking. If you tick the marketing box, we may also send you occasional emails about RM Visuals. You can ask us to stop those emails at any time.
04
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to manage your booking and any follow-up. Photographs in a private client gallery are removed after 90 days. We do not sell your information.
