Terms and conditions.

These terms apply to every session booked with RM Visuals. Please read them before confirming a date.

Booking fee

£50

Non-refundable, and required to secure the date.

Balance

7 days

The remaining fee is due after the shoot, unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery

14 days

Preview gallery and final edited images are delivered within 14 days.

Definitions

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure the date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days after the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are confirmed only once the booking fee is received and the terms are agreed.

If the Client cancels less than 72 hours before the shoot, the booking fee is retained.
The Photographer will make every effort to reschedule in the event of illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

All Images remain the copyright of RM Visuals.
The Client is granted a personal licence to use the Images for non-commercial purposes: printing, sharing online, and personal keepsakes.
Commercial use — advertising, resale, or promotion by third parties — needs a separate agreement.
The Photographer may use Images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the Client asks otherwise in writing. This is discussed before and after the session.

A preview gallery is available within 14 days of the shoot.
Final high-resolution edited images are delivered within 14 days.
RAW files are not supplied unless agreed in advance.
Printed images ordered through a third party are outside RM Visuals’ liability for loss or damage in print production.

The Client acknowledges the Photographer’s style and accepts that editing and composition are at the Photographer’s artistic discretion.
Minor adjustments are part of editing. Extensive retouching may incur an additional charge.

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to a full refund of payments received.
The Photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The Photographer holds public liability insurance.

The Photographer is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, accidents, or strikes.

Client details are stored securely and are not shared with third parties, except where the law requires it.
